We are book lovers, and we strive for accuracy. However, the publishing industry is dynamic.

• Cover Art Variations: Publishers frequently update cover art (e.g., Movie Tie-in editions vs. Original Art) without changing the ISBN. Monvro identifies books primarily by ISBN. The images on our website are for illustrative purposes. If the ISBN of the book you receive matches your order, but the cover art is different from the website image, this is considered a correct fulfillment, not a defect.
• Pricing Errors: Despite our best efforts, a book in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price is higher than the stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

📚 3. Products and Services

• Condition: Unless explicitly marked otherwise, all books sold on Monvro are Brand New. However, please note that “New” refers to unread copies directly from publishers or distributors. Minor “shelf wear” (very slight scuffing on corners from warehouse handling) is an industry standard and is not considered a defect.
• Availability: We operate on a stock-inventory basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

• Immediate Capture: By placing an order, you agree that we may charge your selected payment method immediately to secure the inventory.
• Order Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
